VOTING RECORD FOR THE REGULAR MEETING

OCTOBER ASPIRE AWARD RECIPIENT’S:      Mayor Jennifer P. Dougherty presented the October ASPIRE Award to three men from the Frederick Community Action Agency who operate the Weatherization Assistance Program.  The staff members ARE:  Mark Colie, coordinator of weatherization services; Frank Cebulski, lead weatherization technician; and Bill Elliott, formerly a weatherization technician, and now employed at the sign shop at the Department of Public Works.  The ASPIRE Award recognizes excellence in government services.
