All matters included under this item are
considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be enacted by one motion in the
form listed below, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person
present -- city official or citizen -- requests and item or items to be removed
from the Consent Agenda. Any item
removed from the Consent Agenda will be considered separately at the end of the
Consent Agenda. If you would like any

A. Agreements Between City and Developers
1. Approval of release of Liberty Bond No.
16002951 in the amount of $33,600 posted by Hydro-Conduit Corp. as guarantee of
completion of SEC measures to Lot 1, North Rosenstock Farm, further described
in PWA dated 01/14/99
2. Approval of release of Cash Funds in the
amount of $7,534 posted by Church of the Brethren as guarantee of completion of
improvements to their site at 201 Fairview Avenue, further described in PWA
dated 04/22/03
3. Approval of release of Cash Funds in the
amount of $5,570 posted by Mohammed Mohiuddin as guarantee of completion of
improvements to the MTM Convenience & Gas site at 42 S. Jefferson Street,
further described in PWA dated 06/06/01
4. Approval of release of American Casualty
Bond No. 190689953 in the amount of $38,286.95 posted by Walnut Ridge, LP/SDC
Group as guarantee of completion of Grading/SEC measures to Walnut Ridge,
Section 2 Townhouse area, further described in PWA dated 08/19/99
5. Approval of release of Travelers Bond No.
103604136 in the amount of $33,730.00 posted by Classic Community as guarantee
of completion of the asphalt pathway improvements along the Monocacy, through
Phases III, IV and V of the Dearbought development, further described in PWA
dated 09/19/01, and acceptance of same into the City’s system
6. Approval of release of Travelers Bond No.
103329269 in the amount of $76,000 posted by Classic Community as guarantee of
completion of Grading/ SEC measures to Dearbought, Section 1, Phases 1 & 2,

7. Approval of release of Travelers Bond
#103329270 in the amount of $74,780 posted by Classic Community as guarantee of
