Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick’s Office of Special Events is pleased to that Jennifer Martin has joined the staff as the new event assistant.

Martin is a graduate of Elizabethtown College with a degree in Communications/Public Relations. She interned at the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts in Harrisburg where she assisted in the promotion, organization and coordination of special events. She also solicited and coordinated musical groups for the 2003 Harrisburg Artsfest!
