Mayor Dougherty,

Just wanted to send a quick note to let you see the Frederick City Flag
flying above the Mobile Aeromedical Staging Facility (MASF) in Baghdad - the
only MASF for all of Iraq. Since 12 July, we have medevac'd 1,979 of
America's finest making this one of the most utilized MASF's in U.S. Air
Force history. I hope to have this now historic flag home soon - right at
home with our great historical city and county.

The county and city flag also accompanied me on some combat medevac missions
I flew over the hostile skie of Iraq.
