TRASH SERVICE

HOLIDAY SUSPENSION

There will be NO Trash collection services on Memorial Day (Monday, May 26, 2003)

§ This notice applies to customers that normally set out trash on Sunday evening for Monday morning collections. We request that customers please not set trash out on Sunday night (May 25, 2003).

§ Customers are requested to hold their trash until their next regularly-scheduled trash collection day which will be Thursday (May 29, 2003).

§ Trash collection is being suspended on this day so that the Waste Collection employees can observe Memorial Day with their families. This is one of six annual holidays observed by the Waste Collection Department – the other holidays are New Year’s Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
