STREET REOPEN

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the following streets have reopened to normal traffic flow today, Wednesday, March 26, 2003.

1. Redwood Avenue, between Catoctin Avenue and Pearl Street.
2. Hamilton Avenue, between Patrick Street and South Street. Please proceed with caution. There will be steel plates in the street in front of #16 and #17.
