NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT ON ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDELINES

THE CITY OF FREDERICK

The City of Frederick’s Administrative Guidelines Manual for the adopted Water Allocation Ordinance is available for review on the City’s website at www.cityoffrederick.com or at City Hall. Written comments are being accepted until 5 PM on Wednesday March 26, 2003. All written comments should be sent to the attention of Charles W. Boyd, Chairman of the Water Service Committee at the Department of Planning, 101 North Court Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701-5415. The Water Service Committee will consider all written comments received and has tentatively scheduled the Administrative Guidelines Manual for adoption on Wednesday April 2, 2003.
