NOTICE TO PUBLIC

The City of Frederick's Water Allocation Discretionary Infill Lot and Business Retention & Development Applications are now available on the City's website at www.cityoffrederick.com or at City Hall. Applications are being accepted until 5 PM on Friday June 20, 2003. ANY PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT THAT WANTS TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE FIRST SERIES OF ALLOCATIONS MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION. LETTERS OF INTENT BY THEMSELVES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The City's Water Service Committee will act upon all eligible Infill Lot and Business Retention & Development applications on Wednesday July 2, 2003.
