700 BLOCK OF EAST SOUTH STREET TEMPORARILY CLOSED

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the 700 block of East South Street, between Hamilton Avenue and Franklin Street, is closed today, Monday, June 16, 2003 for two water service installations. No emergency equipment will be able to get through.
