EXECUTIVE SESSION SCHEDULED FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY'S MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN WORKSHOP

Frederick, Md. --- Mayor Jennifer P. Dougherty has requested an Executive Session, to follow Wednesday's Mayor and Board of Aldermen Workshop. At the conclusion of Workshop, Mayor Dougherty will request a vote of the Aldermen to convene the meeting as a closed Executive Session. This action is in accordance with the authority granted under the Annotated Code of Maryland, State Government Article, Section 10-508(a)(1)(i).

The Mayor is requesting that she, along with the Board of Aldermen, go into a closed Executive Session for the purpose of; Discussion of a personnel matter.

The Mayor will entertain a motion to this effect at the end of Workshop and will comply with the Open Meetings Act to the fullest extent.
