NATIONAL NIGHT OUT

A National Night Out - Americas Night Out Against Crime, will be August 5, 2003 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. The following City communities will be participating in this year's event:

Amber Meadows
Monarch Ridge
John Hanson/Taney Apartments
Sagner
South End (Mullinix Park)

City government officials have been invited to visit the communities where there will be cookouts, police equipment displays, door prizes, police K-9 demonstrations and more throughout the evening. Additionally, citizens will have an opportunity to meet most of the officers assigned to patrol their neighborhood.

The participating communities have been working with officers from the Community Services Division to plan their activities for this worthwhile event. We are anticipating an energetic, exciting evening.
