PHEBUS AVENUE CLOSED TEMPORARILY

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that Phebus Avenue, between Bentz Street and DeGrange Street, is temporarily closed, today, January 28, 2003 due to a water main break. No emergency transportation will be allowed through. Notice will be sent later today when the street reopens.
