STREETS REOPEN TO NORMAL TRAFFIC FLOW

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that both the 500 block of Wilson Place, from Holmstead Avenue to Bolton Street, and the 200 block of Rockwell Terrace have been reopened to normal traffic flow.
