EXECUTIVE SESSION SCHEDULED AFTER

NEXT WEEK’S MAYOR AND BOARD WORKSHOP

Frederick, Md. --- An Executive Session has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 12, subsequent to the regularly scheduled 2 p.m. Mayor and Board of Alderman Workshop. Mayor Dougherty will request a vote of the Aldermen to convene the meeting as a closed Executive Session. This action is in accordance with the authority granted under the Annotated Code of Maryland, State Government Article, Section 10-508(a)(1)(i) which states; to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom it has jurisdiction.

The Mayor will entertain a motion to this effect at the close of the Workshop and will comply with the Open Meetings Act to the fullest extent.
