400 BLOCK OF ELM STREET REOPENED

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the 400 block of Elm Street, between West 5^th Street and Evergreen Place, reopened at 12:15 p.m., today, February 12, 2003. The road has previously been closed due to a water main break.
