Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick’s Police Department is pleased to announce the Inaugural Latino Forum, this Friday, December 5, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. The police department created this forum in an effort to enhance the communications efforts with the City’s ever-growing Latino population.
