CITY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR RIVERWALK PARK FIELDS

Frederick, Md. --- Effective December 15, 2003, the City of Frederick Department of Recreation will begin accepting application packets from youth sports organizations that wish to apply for future use of the field(s) at Riverwalk Park.

The field is a little league size baseball diamond with 60' base paths and is located at the Riverwalk Park on Schifferstadt Boulevard.

All interested organizations can stop by the Recreation Department, 121 N. Bentz Street, Frederick, beginning December 15, 2003 to pick up the application package. (Packages will NOT be mailed)

All required information is due in our office thirty (30) days from the first publication/advertising date of this announcement. You will be contacted to attend a meeting of the City Recreation Commission to address any concerns and/or answer any questions as set by said Commission.
