NOTICE TO PUBLIC

The City of Frederick's Water Service Committee announces a Tuesday, September 8, 2003 deadline for the first round of the Business Retention & Development water allocations. Application are available on the City's website at www.cityoffrederick.com or at City Hall. Applications are being accepted until 4 PM on Tuesday September 8, 2003. ANY PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT THAT WANTS TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE FIRST ROUND OF ALLOCATIONS MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION. LETTERS OF INTENT BY THEMSELVES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The City's Water Service Committee will act upon all eligible Business Retention & Development applications on Wednesday, September 17,2003.
