CITY OF FREDERICK ANNOUNCES FALL 2003 SESSION OF FREDERICK 101 CITIZENS AWARENESS PROGRAM

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick is searching for interested residents to enroll in the inaugural session of Frederick 101. Frederick 101 is free, five-week citizens awareness program, designed to educate residents about City services, City operations, and interesting Citywide issues. The program is designed to be an interactive tour through the Frederick community and will be lead by the City's Chiefs and Directors and interesting community leaders.

Frederick 101 will provide you with the following:
· Information about your community;
· Information on how to get involved and make a difference; and
· An opportunity to meet your neighbors and interesting classmates.

Provided below is a class schedule. To register call Vincent Hughes, Chief Operations Officer of Citizens Services, at 301-360-3839. Class size is limited to 25 participants.
