Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised of that the following street have reopened to normal traffic flow today, Wednesday, August 13, 2003:

1. Schley Avenue, between Rosemont Avenue and Bolton Street.

2. Taney Avenue, between Bolton Street and Rosemont Avenue

3. Rose Lane, between East 14th Street and East 15th Street.

4. Carroll Parkway, between West College Terrace and North Jefferson Street.
