DIGGS COMMUNITY DAY PLANNED

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick will be hosting a Community Day at the William R. Diggs Memorial Pool on Wednesday, August 13, 2003. Diggs Pool will be open FREE to all patrons from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Free 'pool noodles' will be given to the first 50 children and light refreshments will be served.
