Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised of that the following streets have reopened to formal traffic flow today, Friday, April 04, 2003.

1. 400 Block of Rockwell Terrace, between Upper College Terrace and College Avenue.
2. 300 Block North College Parkway, between Rockwell Terrace and Rosemont Avenue.
