STREETS REOPEN

PROCEED WITH CAUTION -- STEEL PLATE IN ROAD

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised of that the following streets have reopened to formal traffic flow today, Thursday, April 03, 2003.

1. 400 Block of Rockwell Terrace, between Upper College Terrace and College Avenue.
2. 300 Block North College Parkway, between Rockwell Terrace and Rosemont Avenue.

Please proceed with caution at the intersection of College Avenue and Rockwell Terrace, as there is a steel plate in the road.
