STREETS REOPEN
Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the following streets have
reopened to normal traffic flow, today, Tuesday, April 01, 2003.
- 400 Block of Rockwell Terrace, between Upper College Terrace and College Avenue.
- 300 Block North College Parkway, between Rockwell Terrace and Rosemont Avenue.
