CRITIQUE OF THE PAIR REPORT

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick invites citizens to come and critique the PAIR report on September 18, at 7 p.m., at the Board Room, at City Hall. In attendance will be Planning Department staff and members of the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee, as well as HNTB who were the consulting firm who wrote the report.

The Plan Assessment Investigation Report (PAIR) was intended to identify the critical issues facing the City of Frederick, now and in the future. The PAIR is intended to focus the City’s attention on addressing those issues through the brand new Comprehensive Plan. Once a new Plan for the City is drawn up, the City’s development regulations will be completely overhauled.
