SECOND MORTGAGE PROGRAM

Frederick, Md. --- Do you want to discover how to become a homeowner in the City of Frederick with little money down? Join the City of Frederick’s Department of Community Development on Monday, November 4, from 7 – 8 p.m., at the C. Burr Artz Library in downtown Frederick, for a free informational session on the City’s Sold On Frederick program. Sold on Frederick is a second mortgage program designed to assist individuals in fulfilling the dream of becoming a homeowner.
