MAYOR DOUGHERTY IS GUEST SPEAKER FOR COUNCIL OF WOMEN LEADERS

Mayor Jennifer P. Dougherty is the guest speaker tonight at the quarterly meeting of the Council of Women Leaders (COWL). Sponsored by the Frederick County Commission for Women, COWL is comprised of over thirty women leaders from the Frederick area. Their programs focus on issues and information pertaining to the well-being of women. Mayor Dougherty has been invited to share her vision for The City of Frederick.

The dinner meeting will be held at Gladchuck Brothers Restaurant at 6:30 p.m. The program begins at 7:30 p.m.
