FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Wednesday, June 5, 2002
The Residential Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off Day will be on Saturday, June 15, from 8 AM to 12 noon at the Public Safety Training Facility on Reichs Ford Road. This event is free of charge for Frederick County residents only (no businesses), who may bring in household chemicals such as fuels, cleaners, pesticides, pool chemicals, batteries, etc. For more information, and clarification on acceptable items, please contact Rick Pack at the number above.
Please take advantage of this service, and do not place hazardous waste in your regular trash.
