ALDERMEN REQUEST A SPECIAL MEETING

Pursuant to the authority granted under section 10 of the Charter of The City of Frederick, a majority of the Aldermen consisting of Bill Hall, Joe Baldi, and David Lenhart have requested that a special meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen be held for the purpose of voting to meet in a closed executive session to discuss a personnel matter.

This special meeting will be held Monday, February 11, 2002 at 4 PM in the Board Room of City Hall. Authority for the Mayor and Board of Aldermen to meet in a closed executive session is granted under the authority of section 10-508 of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
