DOUGHERTY TARGETS ILLEGAL MASSAGE PARLORS IN PROPOSED
LEGISLATION
A News Conference
will be held today, Wednesday, February 13, 2002, at 1:30 PM in the Board Room
of City Hall. Mayor Jennifer P. Dougherty will be joined by Acting Chief
of Police Captain Harold Domer and City staff to announce the introduction of
legislation concerning the licensing of massage parlors and the banning of
cross-gender massage by uncertified massage therapists.
