MAYOR CALLS EXECUTIVE SESSION

PRIOR TO MAYOR AND BOARD OF

ALDERMEN PUBLIC MEETING

Frederick, Md. --- Mayor Jennifer P. Dougherty has requested an Executive Session at 6:30 p.m., prior to the scheduled Mayor and Board of Aldermen Public meeting on December 5. Mayor Dougherty will request a vote of the Aldermen to convene the meeting as a closed Executive Session. This action is in accordance with the authority granted under the Annotated Code of Maryland, State Government Article, Section 10-508(a)(1)(i).

The Mayor is requesting that she, along with the Board of Aldermen, go into a closed Executive Session for the purpose of; Discussion of a personnel matter.

The Mayor will entertain a motion to this effect prior to the Public Meeting and will comply with the Open Meetings Act to the fullest extent. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen will convene at 7 p.m. for the regular Public Meeting.
