Residents should put all refuse at the curb before 7:00 A.M. ON THE DAY OF COLLECTION for their area.  Once the truck has been through your neighborhood, it will not return.  The following items WILL NOT be collected: tires, batteries, hazardous waste (paint, thinners, chemicals, etc.), concrete, items over 7' in length, items weighing over 150 lbs., bulk waste from commercial customers.  Tires and batteries can be disposed of at the Frederick County Landfill Solid Waste.
