PAIR REPORT DATE CHANGE

Frederick, Md. – The Planning Department of the City of Frederick would like to announce a change in date for the joint Planning Commission/Mayor and Board of Aldermen at City Hall will be postponed to 2 p.m. September 11, in order to allow more opportunity public review of the PAIR Report (Plan Assessment and Investigation Report). The report is available at City Hall and will be on the city’s website soon (www.cityoffrederick.com).

The PAIR is a report that identifies the most critical issues facing the City of Frederick. This document will then focus the City’s efforts while creating the new Comprehensive Plan. A consulting firm, HNTB of Columbia, compiled the report by analyzing trends and interviewing city residents and government officials, and their own observations.
