MAYOR DOUGHERTY TO SPEAK AT LIONS CLUB APRIL 4

Mayor Jennifer Dougherty is the guest speaker for the Lions Club of Frederick on Thursday, April 4 at 12 noon.

Mayor Dougherty will review the current water situation for the City, including the history,

well-drilling progress and future plans.

The meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn on Baughman’s Lane.
