Bound on the North by South Street and Jefferson Street, on the East by South Market Street and Urbana Pike as well as the Frederick City Limits, on the South by Farmbrook Drive, Crestwood Boulevard, and the City Limits, and on the West by Route #15. Includes Ballenger Creek Center, Solarex and Mount Olivet Cemetary areas as well as South Catoctin Park.

At NAC meetings every resident is provided an opportunity to comment and develop solutions on neighborhood, traffic, safety, zoning, capital improvements, development review requests and other key issues.

A City police officer attends each NAC meeting as part of the community policing strategy. The officer provides residents with monthly updates and takes questions and concerns at each meeting. The process is a key part of residents and the police working together to stay proactive in keeping neighborhoods safe and healthy.

See the list below for current appointed NAC members. You do not need to be an appointed member to participate and attend meetings. Everyone is encouraged to attend and participate.
