CHAIR REPORT – June 2004

Called a Special Meeting of NAC for May 26, 2004 to develop annual report to Mayor and Aldermen and goals development. The goals discussion was deferred to another meeting.

Compiled and submitted our NAC’s Annual Report to Mayor and Board of Aldermen.

Communicated with representative from Malcolm-Pirnie to provide a presentation on Sewer Improvements planned for the area at our July meeting.

Communicated with Tracy Lopez about inviting Mr. Ramirez from Nuestra Casa del Pueblo to discuss nuisance issues at Hillcrest ES and elsewhere in the city.

Collaborated with Tracy Lopez, Vinny Hughes, and FCPS to obtain a trash can and signage for Hillcrest Elementary in response to the littering complaints from residents.
