Agenda Items:

 

1.       Approval of February 9, 2004 Minutes

Discussion:  The minutes to the February 9, 2004 meeting were approved.


2.       Wilson Place - update on traffic calming proposal

 

Discussion:  Suggested signage was discussed.  It was agreed that flyers would be distributed on the following weekend.

 

3.       Summer Picnics – pricing of banners

 

Discussion:  Trish Cunningham priced 3’ x 6’ banners from several sources.  Quotes ranged from $80 to $116.  Members agreed that a quote from Fast Signs for $106 offered the best value.

 

4.       Letterhead for NAC Area 6 – design and content of NAC-6 ltterhead.

 

Discussion:  Paul Dienes agreed to design a letterhead and present it to NAC-6 at a later meeting.

 

5.       Resident concerns

        Discussion:  No residents were present.

    Discussion:  NAC members discussed this issue briefly and agreed to revisit it at a future meeting.
