Present: Karen Stone Miller, NAC 3 member, Kathy Griffee, Dwight Rivera, Jerome Lyons, Ken Painter, Officer Stephenson, Stuart Frazier, City of Frederick, Sara McGill, City of Frederick

I. Stuart Frazier from The City of Frederick talked about the streets in Amber Meadows and the Bradford Trees

a. The streets are in need of resurfacing, they could possibly be in the FY07 for resurfacing. Water Leak on Stonehaven Drive, Stuart said he would make a call into for it to be looked at.

b. The Bradford trees are protected by the State of Maryland; the trees are replaced as they fail. A suggestion to get rid of the birds; put balloons with reflectors on them.

II. Officer Stephenson arrived.

a. Kathy Griffee talked to him about an indecent exposure incident about three weeks ago.

b. Kids climbing up the Agriculture Building late at night

III. Sara McGill talked about the budget and the NAC’s budget.
