Responsibilities
This board advises the Mayor, Board of Aldermen, and the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services on all problems concerning personnel administration. It makes investigations concerning the administration of personnel in the municipal service and reports its findings, and hears appeals in cases of employee suspension, demotion, or removal.
