Plumbing Board:

Recommends regulations for the conduct of the business of plumbing in the city
and a standard of quality of all materials and workmanship used in plumbing work
and the manner of installation. Sits as a board of arbitration with respect to any disputes
that arise involving an interpretation of provisions in the Plumbing chapter of the city
