Parks and Recreation Commission:

Develops and recommends to the planning commission and the Mayor and Board of Aldermen,
a master parks plan. Makes recommendations concerning equipment, design, supervision, and
operations of all city parks, recreation areas and facilities. Approves the use of all city parks,
recreation areas, and facilities not requiring the expenditure of city funds. Recommends the
approval of the use of such facilities should the use require the expenditure of city funds.

Meets: the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM.
