The Board of Supervisors of Elections:

Provides general supervision of the conduct of the system of registration and
all primary, general, and special municipal elections in accordance with the
provisions of this Charter and the ordinances of Frederick City. The Board
of Supervisors of Elections shall use the staff of the Frederick County Board
of Supervisors of Elections to conduct all primary, general municipal elections.
