Sec. 27-5. Severability.

The provisions of sections 27-1 through 27-5 are severable, and if any provision, sentence, clause, paragraph or part hereof is held or determined to be illegal, invalid or unconstitutional or inapplicable to any person or circumstances, such illegality, invalidity or unconstitutionally or inapplicability shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, paragraphs or parts of these sections or their application to other persons or circumstances. It is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that these sections would have been passed if such illegal, invalid, unconstitutional or inapplicable provisions, sentence, clause, paragraph or part had not been included herein, and if the person or circumstances to which these sections or any part hereof are inapplicable had been specifically exempted herefrom.
