(a) It shall be the duty of the senior electrical inspector to enforce and administer the provisions of this chapter, to sign and issue all applicable permits, notices and certificates and also to keep a record of all permits, notices, certificates, applications and violations of any provision of this chapter and all other matters which pertain to electrical work.
(b) The senior electrical inspector shall review credentials of master electricians and others seeking registration or application with the city and issue registration cards when credentials are deemed satisfactory.
(c) The senior electrical inspector shall maintain a list of names of electricians registered with the city.
(d) The senior electrical inspector shall perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the code official, as defined in Chapter 5, Article III of this Code. (Ord. No. G-94-26, § 1, 7-21-94; Ord. No. G-05-18, § 20, 12-19-05)
