Where no work has been done under a validly issued electrical permit, within six (6) months of the issuance of a permit, the holder of the permit may deliver same to the code official, as defined in Chapter 5, Article III of this Code. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a minimum of twenty dollars ($20.00) will be retained by the city for a processing charge.
