Fishing by persons of all ages shall be allowed in Culler Lake only during the daylight hours. All persons aged sixteen (16) years to sixty (60) years must have a valid Maryland fishing license to fish in Culler Lake and may fish on a catch and release basis. Persons under sixteen (16) years of age or over sixty (60) years of age need not have a valid Maryland fishing license to fish in Culler Lake and may keep any fish caught. (Ord. No. G-284, § 1, Ord.
