(a) Every taxicab operated under a permit issued by the provisions of this chapter shall contain a clear envelope affixed to the rear of the driver’s seat containing the following items:
(1) A copy of the current taxicab rates for the City of Frederick;
(2) A complaint form provided by the taxicab administrative agency;
(3) A photocopy of the taxicab permit issued for which that has been specified for operation; and
(4) A photocopy of the taxicab operator’s license operating the vehicle.
(b) Violation of this section constitutes a municipal infraction subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
