Sec. 23-45. Daily records.


Daily records shall be kept in such form as to facilitate the preparation of the reports required by the police department and insure the accuracy thereof. Such daily records shall be preserved and be available for examination for a period of one year from the dates of filing of the respective reports. The driver of each taxicab, whether owner, or employee, shall keep a manifest upon which he shall enter for each engagement, immediately and upon completion thereof, the points of origin and destination, the times of beginning and completion, and the number of passengers. All entries shall be made legibly, and the manifest shall be signed by drivers. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
