The windows, ventilators, shields, etc., of taxicabs shall be kept in a condition so that passengers will be adequately protected from storm. Taxicabs shall not be equipped with shades or curtains that can be manipulated in such manner as to shield the occupants or the driver from observation. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
