(a) Each taxicab that is specified for use with a specific permit as required by this chapter shall operate and be available for use by the public for a minimum of sixty (60) hours per week during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(b) A taxicab company that holds or owns five (5) or more taxicab permits must operate a minimum of twenty (20) percent of its fleet seven (7) days a week and twenty-four (24) hours a day. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
